Complete your tour of Colombo with a visit to Botanik Bistro, a rooftop restaurant & bar where we learn to make a signature “Arrack” cocktail. The head bartender Dinesh will take you through the story of the Toddy Tapper-Sri Lanka’s success story of Indika, a gentleman who moved to Cologne, Germany and launched its very first bar primarily featuring arrack. Each guest will learn how to mix the famous Tamarind Arrack cocktail created by the Toddy Tapper himself, and then have the opportunity to create their own. After the class, you are welcome to stay at the bar, enjoy the sunset and the drinks that they have just made. A recipe card with the ingredients, method and a photo of the cocktail will be given as a takeaway item from their class.
